You’ll be responsible for setting up food, representing our brand partners professionally, and following strict delivery standards. Overview:
Meals Now is hiring professional, reliable drivers for catering delivery. This is not your average gig. Our clients expect white-glove service, and we only work with drivers who are committed to delivering high-quality experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Pick up large, pre-scheduled catering orders from restaurants
Deliver to corporate offices, schools, hospitals, and special events
Perform full food setup on-site (trays, drinks, utensils, etc.)
Maintain communication with dispatch via app and/or Slack
Follow brand-specific instructions and presentation guidelines
Submit clear, clean photos of every setup after delivery

What You’ll Need:

Reliable vehicle (car, SUV, or van — no bikes or scooters)
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone
Catering bag and delivery cart, or willingness to purchase
Clean appearance and professional attitude
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and handle setup indoors
Availability during key delivery windows (especially weekday mornings/lunch)

💼 What You'll Do

Pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners

Represent Meals Now and the restaurant with professionalism, punctuality, and courtesy
Follow delivery instructions with precision and care
Take clean setup photos at drop-off

Reliable car, van, or SUV (No bikes for most markets)
Catering bag + cart or willingness to purchase
Valid driver’s license & insurance
Smartphone with internet/data
Available for weekday morning and lunch shifts (7am–2pm)
Business hours is from 7:00 AM - 11:00PM EST (Monday-Sunday); mostly busy on Tue-Fri
Professional appearance (No gym clothes, hoodies, or slides)
Must be comfortable with setup and light lifting

Paid per delivery: $18–$50+
Weekly pay via Gig safe (Next Day)
Additional incentives for on-time streaks, tier level, and photo quality

📝 Reminders

If ever that you accepted an order and on the day of the delivery you decided to not run the order, inform your dispatcher at least 4 hours prior to the pick-up time to avoid any issues.
You are only allowed to mark yourself "arrived at pick-up or arrived at the restaurant" 4 MINUTES EARLY / ON TIME, and you can only mark the order as "COMPLETED" at the exact scheduled drop-off time.
Make sure to mark yourself available in the app so you can be visible on the map.
Make sure to have a catering bag/ hot bags before going to the pick up location.
